You, whether a legal or physical entity, retain all rights and ownership of your Content. We do not claim any ownership rights to your Content. Unless you agree and KusaPics agrees specifically to transfer your ownership to KusaPics.

You retain rights to content you generate using Kusapics, subject to our content policies and future licensing models.

6. Community and Sharing

Kusapics may offer features allowing users to publish or share images within our platform or externally. In the future, Kusapics may introduce paid features or community interaction tools.

By using our sharing or publishing tools, you grant Kusapics a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display or host your content within the community areas of our platform.

7. Paid Services

While Kusapics currently offers many features for free, we may introduce premium or paid services in the future. You will be notified in advance and given the option to opt in.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure for us, or for any other reason, with or without notice.
